Holding membership with the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute, Joyce Storm is president of New York’s Storm Partners, and served as a principal with Wheelock Street Capital. In her work with Storm Partners, Joyce Storm draws on 30 years of relevant experience in transforming and curating retail properties throughout the United States. She also lends her expertise in an advisory capacity to financial institutions, hedge funds, retailers, and developers.
Before founding her own company in 1997, she was Executive Vice President of Sony Retail Entertainment and Loews Cineplex Entertainment, where she was responsible for strategic partnership formation for the development of movie theaters as well as Sony’s Retail Concepts business in the United States and Europe. She previously held executive roles with The Kaplan Group and The Taubman Company. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, she is a regular lecturer at several prominent business schools: University of California, Berkeley, Harvard University, and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
